TestMasters LSAT Course Reviews
| Grace Johnson | West Virginia University | Before TestMasters 142 | After TestMasters 158 |
“I can confidently say that I could not have chosen a better LSAT prep program than TestMasters. The program is incredibly well-structured, and through the online course, private tutoring, and guidance from my instructors, Rachel Sheffield and Debra Freeman, I was able to approach the LSAT with confidence. The online course and tutoring helped strengthen my understanding of the LSAT and its core concepts. I truly believe I would not have made the progress I did without the TestMasters program, and I strongly recommend it to anyone pursuing LSAT preparation!”
| Elizabeth Stork | University of Virginia | Before TestMasters 163 | After TestMasters 177 |
“The TestMasters course helped me immensely. I scored a 163 on my first diagnostic and moved up to a 177 on the actual test. The course taught me a new way of logical thinking that is essential to success on the LSAT. It was a significant time commitment, but in the end all of the work paid off. By the day of the test, no question on the LSAT was a surprise to me, and most questions felt very familiar. I have heard mixed reviews of other LSAT prep courses, but never a bad review of TestMasters. I strongly recommend this course.”
| Christopher Earle | Wake Forest | Before TestMasters 149 | After TestMasters 166 |
“The TestMasters LSAT Course was one of the best investments I made in my academic career. Both of the instructors who taught my class were engaging and fully invested in their students success. By keeping up with all the homework, practice tests, and other assignments, I saw significant improvement across the board. The TestMasters program transformed the arduous task of studying into a fun and manageable step-by-step process. For anyone looking to drastically increase their LSAT scores and law school admissions prospects, TestMasters is the way to go.”
| Jordan Zavareei | Duke | Before TestMasters 143 | After TestMasters 169 |
“After scoring a 143 on my initial diagnostic at the beginning of the TestMasters course, I was hesitant to believe my instructor Anthony Meni that I would be able to achieve my goal of scoring in the high 160s. With his continued encouragement and commitment to my success (even outside of class meetings) I saw my diagnostic scores drastically improve.
The TestMasters course also provides incredible resources beyond classroom instruction and one-on-one support from instructors. The recorded videos of Robin Singh working through problems using the TestMasters curriculum were hugely beneficial and gave me the necessary tools to solve every problem. The curriculum truly makes the LSAT make sense.
I ultimately scored a 169 on the LSAT and was accepted into the University of Michigan Law School—my dream school. I’m immensely grateful to Anthony, Robin, and the whole TestMasters team for helping me achieve this goal.”

“My decision to enroll in a TestMasters course was based on the calculation that I would need a score in the 170s to have a legitimate shot at a top tier law school with programs, curricula, and opportunities that would make the investment of law school tuition worth my while. After completing the course and scoring a 172 on the actual LSAT I can say that the decision was validated. My initial score of 154 was probably not an indicator of where I would have been without TestMasters, since I would have purchased practice tests to prepare, yet I am convinced that I would not have been able to crack the 170 barrier without the strategies and resources made available to me through TestMasters. I made a point of doing every homework question and attending every class to get the most out of my time with the program and if you are willing to do that, you will see a dramatic improvement not just in your test score, but also in your understanding of the concepts underlying the test. The TestMasters approach is very effective, but it requires a significant commitment of your time and energy, particularly for the first 10-12 lessons. If you are willing to put in the time to be at each class and do each problem assigned, you will be satisfied with the program and the results. The teachers are all highly competent, the classes are illuminating, and the course materials (especially the video explanations) are very helpful. If you want to do very well on this test and are planning on enrolling in a prep course, this is the one to choose.”

“I first heard about TestMasters through a friend who took the class and scored a 165. Her recommendation plus the results she got were enough for me to consider signing up. I had recently completed graduate school and took the summer off before starting work. I studied business in undergrad and graduate school and wanted to do something to ensure I got the best score I was capable of (so that I would only have to take the test once). I purchased two different LSAT books but without the classroom environment, self-study proved futile. I spoke with a different friend who took a LSAT class with Kaplan, and while she was happy with the class, she wasn’t satisfied with her score.
I visited the TestMasters website and saw that there was a class offered in my area. I registered for the class and looked forward to getting started. I took the first practice test with very little preparation and scored a 156. Shannon Sanders (our instructor) also took the time to explain the LSAT, how it factors into your application to law school, and what we needed to do as students to get the most out of the class.
TestMasters is definitely a rigorous program. By the end of the course you’ve seen every type of question you might see on the LSAT and you have enough practice to know how to approach the question, how to answer the question, how to recognize a right answer and how to recognize a wrong answer. At first all the questions seem overwhelming, but Shannon provided a system for us to see every type of question even if we couldn’t complete all the homework in between classes.
TestMasters’ diagnostic scoring is very helpful. In addition to knowing what score you would have received on the real LSAT and seeing which questions you got right and wrong, you also get a detailed report showing how you did on each specific question type. These reports allowed me to focus on my weakest areas as my test date approached.
I scored my highest on the final practice test, a 167. On the real thing I got a 165. There is no way I would’ve been able to achieve that without TestMasters!”

“My TestMasters teacher was so great. Not only was he completely clear with his explanations of LSAT questions, but he was really funny and kept the entire class entertained. If I hadnt taken the TestMasters course, I would probably now be applying to a whole different caliber of schools. Getting my LSAT score back and achieving way past my goal was well worth the time and effort that I put into the course.”
| James Flaherty | UNC-Chapel Hill | Before TestMasters 149 | After TestMasters 168 |
“TestMasters helped me achieve an LSAT score that will allow me to go to my dream schools. The course teaches you to start thinking like the LSAT, so that when test day rolls around answering the questions feels like second nature. Both of my instructors were extremely friendly and great at teaching. For anyone preparing to take the LSAT, the TestMasters course is an absolute must!”
| Connor Sease | Penn State | Before TestMasters 143 | After TestMasters 158 |
“Taking the self-paced TestMasters online course was an amazing experience that I truly will never regret. Going into my first diagnostic test, I had no idea about the underlying concepts of the LSAT or how to approach the different questions; and my score reflected that, as I did poorly by my standards. It was a tough challenge as I had to balance my spring semester coursework with the rigorous TestMasters course in preparation for the June LSAT. However, the course proved well worth the investment and I performed better than I expected on test day. I was extremely happy with my results, and I feel that I could not have had a chance of getting into my dream law school without the assistance of TestMasters. And for that, I am very thankful.”
| Thomas Burke | Loyola University Maryland | Before TestMasters 150 | After TestMasters 170 |
“I never thought I would do well on the LSAT, let alone write a testimonial for an LSAT prep course. But I did, and I feel obligated to, because I owe my score, in great part, to TestMasters. You probably wont notice improvement every day, but I will say that if you participate in every class, do all of the assigned homework, and attempt to understand the problems you get wrong, you WILL see improvement over time. All you have to do is put in the work. The course material is one of TestMasters strengths. Another is its top-notch instructors. They explain the material succinctly and work hard to answer any questions you may have. They even offer solid advice on how to prepare for test day conditions and what to expect at the test center. I seriously despised everything LSAT before taking this course. Now—dont tell my friends—I do LSAT questions for fun.”
| Heba Tellawi | University of Virginia | Before TestMasters 143 | After TestMasters 163 |
“I recommend TestMasters completely. The course was very engaging and beneficial and the way it was taught made attending class enjoyable. For example, the way the materials were organized and divided made it easy to compartmentalize the tools to solve each type of question and made the information easier to manage. It was especially important that we met twice a week, three hours at a time, so that when test day came I felt comfortable working for that long of a time period. The homework questions were extremely helpful because they were all from real exams. The diagnostics helped with both timing and mental preparation for test day. TestMasters is the best in LSAT preparation.”
| Raquel Dominguez | UNC-Chapel Hill | Before TestMasters 166 | After TestMasters 177 |
“At first, I was leery of taking an online course since Ive consistently done better in a classroom environment than by myself with a computer screen. But I just couldnt turn away from the glowing reviews of TestMasters. I signed up for the self-paced version of their online LSAT course, and I havent regretted it for a moment since. The online interface was intuitive, and I never felt as if I was studying by myself. From the video lectures to the drills and practice questions to the personalized academic support, TestMasters was a 360-degree studying experience.”
